If you have any questions about Cop A Pop or need general assistance please open a ticket in the #support channel instead of DM'ing the Admin. DMs are welcome in emergencies, all other matters should be put into a ticket.

To open a ticket, swipe right to reveal the channel sidebar and scroll to the bottom to view the Start Here (Read Intro) category which contains the #support channel. 

Enter the #support channel and click the 'Create ticket' icon to open a support ticket (example below). Once you have opened a ticket it will appear at the top of your channel sidebar. Click this ticket at the top and enter your question or specific details of an issue you are having and an administrator will be with you shortly!

The support ticket opens at the TOP of the channel sidebar. Click the ticket and provide your question
