🤝Filling out Partner ACO Forms

Cop A Pop Legacy forms are taken in a single Google Form as we only accept one submission per member per form. Cop A Pop Partner forms allow you to submit multiple profiles via a single CSV file.

Cop A Pop Partner Forms have two components - A CSV file in which you enter your information, this allows you to submit additional profiles and accounts at a single time. - A Google Form on which you submit your previously completed CSV file. - You are welcome to submit a few Profiles on the CSV form per Retailer Release (say 3-5 profiles). Disregard any messaging that says 100 accounts required. The CSV File and Google Form will be located under the Autocheckout Form Post for that release in #aco-partner-forms.

Certain Sites Require Varying Information on Cop A Pop ACO Partner Forms

Some forms will require extra information such as IMAP for sites that require 2-Factor-Authentication. We will link guides for setting up IMAP for those sites later on, but that is your responsibility to do on your own via Google Search for videos, etc. If it is too complex for you, then just focus on forms that do not require IMAP, majority of sites do not require IMAP.

Formatting on ACO Partner Forms

Filling out CSV Form with Profiles

Partner forms have a CSV form in which you put your checkout information in order to submit more than one checkout profile (1-5 profiles per form MAX)

Step 1: Download Copy of CSV File Open the CSV Template on the Release post in #aco-forms-partner. You need to download a COPY of the form, fill out the requested information - and then submit the form.

Make a Copy of the form to fill out your info. The completed CSV Template will be added to the Google Form when complete

Step 2: Fill out the CSV File

  • Each row should have unique billing data and email EXCEPT for profile name - that should be the same on EACH ROW of the CSV file (See next section for formatting profile name).

  • Email Address on each line should be DIFFERENT and match the account that is going for that profile. Each row is it's own respective profile. You can only fill as many lines as you have accounts for that site for.

  • Accounts: MUST be formatted email@email.com:Password any alternative characters or spaces will render your form useless.

  • IMAP: Refer to section above to know what sites require IMAP and which do not. Sites like Pop Mart and Pokemon Center do not require IMAP.

Getting Profile Name & Submitting your CSV file to Google Form

IMPORTANT: You need to format Profile Name on Partner Forms differently than Legacy Forms.

Step 1: You MUST have developer mode enabled on Discord (Steps Below to enable Developer Mode and Copy ID)

  1. Open Discord and click the gear icon next to your name from the bottom left corner.

  2. In the App Settings, there is an option called Advanced. Click on that.

  3. Toggle the switch to the right side to enable the Developer Mode On.

  4. Now, go to the Users section in any Discord server and find your username, right-click on it.

  5. Select Copy ID.

  6. Paste (Ctrl+V) the Discord user ID in the Discord chat or somewhere else like notepad to see it.

Step 2: Retrieve Discord ID to put on Profile Name on CSV File and Google Form

Example for MY Profile: Click YOUR Discord Profile in the Cop A Pop Server -> Click the 3-dots in top right as shown, and click Copy User ID - this will be used as part of your Profile Name on Partner Forms.

Must input exactly as shown below on the Partner ACO Google Form and on each line under Profile Name on CSV file. Follow photo above to get User ID. In the example above the correct answer would be: 781060747458248714 copapopcollective

Step 3: Once your CSV file is complete with 1-5 profiles max. Return to the Google Form for that release post and attach your CSV form to the Google Form and ensure you have met all of the form requirements.

Add your completed CSV template to the Google Form for that release.

IMAP

Only required for certain sites. Only recommend going down this path if you are tech-savvy. You can Google alternative guides if you get stuck. Use #aco-partner-support for IMAP support as we do not use it on our Cop A Pop Legacy Forms (as it is a P.I.T.A to set up for some)

IMAP is necessary for certain sites like BestBuy, Walmart, etc. What it does, is scrapes your email for site specific codes. When you login to an account like Walmart and it sends you a code to your email, IMAP allows for the bot to automatically get that code so we don't have to manually input it one by one.   • It is important to note that IMAP is tied to your email, not the account.,

  • If you have the same email for Walmart and BestBuy, you can use the same IMAP Password.,

  • After getting your IMAP Password, copy and paste it exactly in column AD,

  • If using a catchall, be sure to put master email in cell AD as well in the following format: MasterEmail:IMAP,

  • Please try to avoid using iCloud emails as catchall. Google is typically best.
