What are Autocheckouts?

Autocheckouts, sometimes called ACO, are one of the exclusive benefits offered to Cop A Pop Pro members. Autocheckouts are when you submit a secure form with your checkout information for us to checkout an item for you with our automated software.

Types of Auto Checkouts

As of June 2025 we have two types of ACO in Cop A Pop -

Cop A Pop Legacy Forms - These are the forms we have always had in Cop A Pop. They will continue to be available in #autocheckouts with Checkouts resulted posted to #checkoutz. To receive support for Legacy forms, you can open a #support ticket. Cop A Pop Legacy forms are limited to one submission per-member, per form.

Cop A Pop Partner Forms - We have recently brought in additional resources to help you secure more of the collectibles you love! These forms are located in #aco-partner-forms. Checkouts for these forms are located in #aco-partner-checkouts. You can receive support for Partner Forms in #aco-partner-support. All of these forms are hosted internally in Cop A Pop and you do not need to join any other servers to access these forms or their results.

Additional Fees? NEVER! - All AUTOCHECKOUTS IN COP A POP ARE FREE! There are NO Pay After Success (PAS) fees in Cop A Pop. Our ACO Partner runs forms externally for PAS for other clients, but ALL COP A POP MEMBERS RECEIVE FREE ACO FORMS from the Cop A Pop server, so disregard any mention of PAS fees on forms!

When can I fill out an autocheckout form?

Autocheckout forms are only open for certain windows,. Once a form is closed, it is closed. The form will reopen once all prior submissions have been filled, zero exceptions. Once an item is announced we will post a form. You will need to submit the form as soon as possible. Once the item sells out we may take autocheckout forms for restocks. We will run these for a couple of days and if there are no restocks we will stop running forms for that release and move onto the next item.

Important Details for Legacy ACO Forms

We do not store autocheckout forms for extended periods of times. Autocheckout forms will be refreshed at least once a month, MEANING, when the form is refreshed, everyone will need to resubmit to have their form ran for the next month.

Target Autocheckout Forms may vary from time to time in that we run the autocheckout form for all in-demand items at that time. This is due to needing an account for Target autocheckouts, thus the one account you submit is ran for all profitable items (currently profitable Pokemon items).

Autocheckout Rules / Notes

• Each autocheckout form can be submitted once per member.

• Anytime you are providing an account, for example with Target, the account login details must be provided as follows, separated by only a colon, with no spaces or extra characters. Example: [e-mail]:FollowDirections23!

• ALWAYS read the directions on the autocheckout form itself - as incorrect autocheckout forms are deleted.

• We do not check autocheckout forms for correctness. We receive hundreds of forms and cannot do that. If you follow the directions on the form there is no way you can mess it up other than negligence on your end.

• You will receive a copy of your Autocheckout Form response to the email you put on line 1 of the autocheckout form. You may edit the form through the response receipt UNTIL THE FORM CLOSES. Once forms close, they cannot be updated, you will have to wait for the form to reopen and resubmit.

• Autocheckout success for all members will show in #checkoutz. These are not checkouts specific to only you, but your success will show in there as well once your form is successful. You can click on Profile Name block to reveal the Profile Name of the form, hence why it is important to put your Discord username on the forms.

Avoiding Order Cancellations When using Autocheckouts

When submitting an autocheckout form it is important that you put information on the form that you will not try with manually, so that in the event that your manual order is successful and the autocheckout is successful, your orders do not have the same information and get canceled. Autocheckouts are NEVER guaranteed to work, they are simply a backup, and you should still ALWAYS try manually on a release.

It is recommended that you use a Privacy Card (guide below) on your autocheckout forms with a set spending limit and use the same Privacy card manually so that if you are successful manually your autocheckout doesn’t go through also. IF you don’t mind getting two of a particular item, there is no need to use the privacy card manually, BUT you should always be sure to not put information on the autocheckout form that you will try manually with, to prevent both of your orders being canceled.
